Recently I learned that the very popular “crunch” is the least effective workout for abs. I felt so disappointed..… it was like Santa Claus didn’t exist. So I decided to put together my 3 favorite ab exercises that also happen to be very effective.

You might be thinking BORING well it is, but it’s also really effective it helps build endurance in the abs and back, as well as the stabilizer muscles.
Ball Pikes
You will feel your abs burning immediately. Try keeping your abs really tight so you don’t get any back pain
Ball Rolls
Ok I don’t know the official name for this exercise but basically you roll your knees with the ball to your chest and then pull back. It’s great for the lower abs!
