				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align:left;">Lately I&#8217;ve been a bit anti yogi, my mind doesn&#8217;t feel like staying quiet unless it’s because I’m sweating like a pig while singing Adele in a spinning class.  But I thought that maybe the Paddle Board experience would be different. It was. I would compare it with eating soup with a Fork. It’s challenging, you probably have never done it before, but once your done you ask yourself: why did I do that?</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Not an experience I would repeat, but at least I know what it tastes like.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I left my blog a bit on the side because I decided to do a Teacher Training in Pilates or in other words to donate 500 hrs of my life to Pilates while having a full time job, a full time boyfriend and lots and lots of sweaty clothes to wash. </p>
<p>280hrs to go I can say this: The first thing you learn when trying to become a teacher is your own issues: your own bad posture, what muscles are short and tight, which ones are long and weak, how you should have payed more attention on anatomy class. Like anything else in life, you need to start by solving your own problems before being able to help anybody else. </p>
<p>Promise to keep you posted a little more often on some great tips that I&#8217;m learning. </p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Recently I started doing “Hot Yoga Sculpt” at Corepower. The first class I was surprised when people started “Wuuing” and the teacher doing the “you-can-do-this-attitude”. I love adding extreme workouts to my weekly routine they make me feel so….“Rocky”</p>
<p>This morning I got to class with my 2L bottle of water, my 3 towels ready to kick some Yoga Ass. After 30 burpies I felt terrible, I couldn’t breathe I had to leave the room to get myself together.</p>
<p>So I started my research: Is it worth it working out in such HOT temperatures? The answer is NO. You burn about the same amount of calories on a steamy, muggy room as you do in a comfortably air conditioned gym. They usually do Heated Yoga for the stretching benefits, but this is more like a boot camp on a hot room then Yoga.</p>
<p>For the record, the only time extreme temperatures significantly rev up calorie burn is when it is so cold you start to shiver. Shivering is an involuntary clenching of muscles; its purpose is to generate heat and warm you up.</p>
<p>My conclusion, the sculpt work out is great but I rather do my “Rocky sessions” in comfortable environments.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Commitment was never my thing. My relationships never lasted more than 8 months. I’ve lived in hotels, in two cities at once (literally), I’ve sold everything I owned and gone traveling.</p>
<p>As I grow up things have changed, I found somebody that I don’t feel tied to but that makes me want to stay by his side. I stopped having a suitcase in my trunk and own half a cat (the other half is my boyfriends)</p>
<p>But some things never seem to change. I still can’t commit to one workout I used to think it was because I hadn’t found the right one. From Piloxing to Yogalates I like to try it all even if its 40min away from home. But maybe when it comes to exercise we don’t need to find the one……….we just have to keep moving.</p>

<p>In my nutrition course they made a HUGE emphasis on understanding that in order to be considered Organic it must have the USDA (US Department of Agriculture) seal and contain at least 95% organically produced ingredients.</p>

<p>You might be thinking BORING well it is, but it’s also really effective it helps build endurance in the abs and back, as well as the stabilizer muscles.</p>

<p>Ball Pikes</p>
<p>You will feel your abs burning immediately. Try keeping your abs really tight so you don’t get any back pain</p>

<p>Ball Rolls</p>
<p>Ok I don’t know the official name for this exercise but basically you roll your knees with the ball to your chest and then pull back. It’s great for the lower abs!</p>
